Terms & Conditions Including Privacy Policy

These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed Work Authorization, Direct Payment Request, and any quotation provided by Hire Tradies Limited (trading as Fantastic Clean), constitute the entire agreement between the Customer (“you”) Hire Tradies Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Definitions

  • 1.1 We, Us, Our: Refers to Hire Tradies Ltd trading as Fantastic clean.
  • 1.2 Customer, You: The recipient of services, including agents, brokers, or third parties who place the order.
  • 1.3 Actual Cost: Any cost incurred by us that is not covered in the written quotation.
  • 1.4 Property: Any location where we perform work, including residential and commercial properties.
  • 1.5 Price: The amount specified on any invoice issued by us.
  • 1.6 Terms of Trade: The contractual obligations outlined here between us and the Customer.
  • 1.7 Privacy Policy: The policy governing the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, as set forth in Section 16.
  • 1.8 Consumer Act: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  • 1.9 Health and Safety: The Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

 

This agreement supersedes all prior proposals, communications, or understandings. By engaging with any of our brands fantastic clean, hire tradies ltd you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

  • Service Scope

The service includes general cleaning of dust, debris, and standard post-construction residue. Exclusions: Chandelier cleaning, paint or concrete spatter removal, deep stain removal, and exterior pressure washing are not part of the standard service. These can be quoted separately if required.Window cleaning is subject to accessibility. Hard-to-reach windows will not be cleaned for health and safety reasons.

2. Additional Charges

If the cleaning team finds excessive dust, debris, or additional work beyond the agreed scope, a revised quote may be provided after an on-site assessment. If parking is not available on-site, the customer is responsible for parking costs.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

A confirmed booking requires a deposit or full payment, depending on company policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Liability & Damages

The cleaning team will take utmost care while cleaning; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion for resolution.

5 Customer Obligations

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the work area is clear, and all items are removed from the floor areas where work will be performed.
  • construction must be fully complete, and no tradesperson should be working on-site.
  • Power, water, and parking must be made available at the worksite.
  • The Property should be unoccupied during the work, and pets must be removed.
 

6 Payment Terms

  • Payment may be required in advance or as a deposit before work commences.
  • Business customers must make payment within 20 working days of the invoice date.
  • Non-business customers must make payment by the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Overdue payments may incur interest charges. Services may be suspended if payments are overdue by seven (7) days or more.
 
7 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes must be reported in writing before or within one (1) business day following the completion of the work.
 
8 Photos and Videos

Photos and videos may be taken during the job for quality assurance, case studies, and marketing purposes. By accepting our services, you consent to the use of these materials for these purposes.

9 General

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
  • These Terms and Conditions may only be amended in writing with mutual consent.
  • In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
